Bollie Travel – Terms & Conditions
The travel certificate for the winner will include full redemption instructions. This experience is valid for a wide range of travel dates throughout the year and can be booked based on resort availability at the time of reservation. The primary traveler must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may have the option to purchase upgrades or extend their stay when submitting their booking request.
Reservations must be made a minimum of 90 days prior to arrival. Travel must be booked within 12 months of certificate issuance and completed within 24 months. Once confirmed, all reservations are final — they cannot be canceled, changed, transferred, or modified, including adjustments to travel dates or guest names.
Some resorts may collect local taxes or a refundable security deposit at check‑in. Certain properties also charge resort fees or additional charges for optional services such as parking. Any estimated taxes or fees will be disclosed during the booking process.
Certificates cannot be combined; the same traveler may not purchase multiple identical certificates to use toward a single reservation. Airfare, airport transfers, and activities are not included unless specifically stated in the trip description.
