Bollie Kentucky Bourbon Experience – Terms & Conditions
Your Bollie Travel certificate will include full instructions for redeeming your Kentucky Bourbon Experience. Travel dates are flexible throughout the year and based on availability at the time of booking. The primary traveler must be at least 21 years old.
Reservations must be submitted at least 90 days prior to arrival. Once confirmed, all reservations are final — they cannot be canceled, transferred, or modified, including changes to traveler names, dates, or hotel selection. Please ensure the chosen dates work for all travelers before submitting your booking request.
Guests may choose to extend their stay, upgrade their room category, or add additional activities or experiences at their own expense. These enhancements can be arranged through the Bollie Travel Team during booking.
