Your Bollie certificate will include full instructions for redeeming your holiday experience. This package is valid only for the specific Christmas travel dates listed on the certificate, and all components of the trip â hotel stay, activities, transfers, and event tickets â must be used during those dates.
Because this is a special seasonal experience, all reservations are final once booked. Travel dates, traveler names, hotel selection, and activity times cannot be changed, canceled, transferred, or modified for any reason. Please ensure the selected dates work for all travelers before submitting your booking request.
Guests may choose to extend their stay at the hotel or add additional activities, experiences, or upgrades at their own expense. These enhancements can be arranged through the Bollie Travel Team during the booking process.
